The address of delivery

Builder warranty

• Please report to the informations and the conditions give in that case by the builder of the ordered material.
• The costs of reforwarding are supported exclusively by the customer. Not to never send thus your parcel without carriage costs paid under penalty of refusal.
• Will be taken into account only the material sold by Mofline provided with a copy with the invoice and proof of payment.

Mofline warranty

• Mofline offers 2 years a legal guarantee. This guarantee takes effect only in the absence of one guarantee manufacturer which will have imperatively priority to him. It becomes effective at the date of the invoice.
• This guarantee applies only for the material sold by Mofline provided with a copy of the invoice, proof of payment and a document describing with the most possible precision the problem.
• The guarantee offers any right of renegotiations of the purchase price, neither of cancellation of the sale contract, nor of action for damages for non execution.
• Mofline reserves the right to provide an equivalent material deprived of defects of operation instead of repairing the turned over material.
• No service resulting from the guarantee renews the guarantee period or does not lengthen the latter.
• The guarantee does not apply in the following cases:
  • Material which by their nature and their function are exposed to a fair wear and tear
  • Damage caused by an inadequate use, an improper use, a bad maintenance or the non-observance of the directives given by the manufacturer in the note of use.
  • Attempts at repair carried out by the customer or an unauthorised third by Mofline.
  • Damage which have occurred by accidents, case of absolute necessity or other causes whose Mofline cannot be held for person in charge.
  • Default not harming at all the correct operation nor with the good use of the material.
  • Speakers and tubes from amplifiers.
• The costs of reforwarding are supported exclusively by the customer. Not to never send thus your parcel without carriage costs paid under penalty of refusal.
• The guarantee gives birth to any different right, in particular no right to compensation for damage against Mofline.

The availability of the material

• Mofline is committed dispatching any material within 2 day wrought provided that it is in stock or announced like available by the supplier at the time of the treatment of the order. In the event of delay of delivery, the customer is informed by mail and can, if he wishes it, cancel his order without penalty. This cancellation will have to be confirmed by mail to the address info@mofline.com
• On the assumption that the ordered material would not be available in our stocks, Mofline is committed contacting you by mail within 30 day as from the date of your order in order to inform you and to indicate to you within which times, this material could, if necessary, be delivered to you.
• If among the ordered material, some are temporarily inalienable, Mofline engages, to send the material available to you and to offer the "carriage costs to you" for the remainder of the order.
• The posted availability’s are indicated as an indication and do not represent to in no case a contractual engagement.

The right of return

• Mofline grants to you a right to repossess in the 7 days from the acceptance of the delivery.
• The customer takes contact by e-mail info@mofline.com in order to obtain a number of return.  Without this number, Mofline cannot guarantee the good follow-up of the right to repossess.
• Mofline refunds the purchase price in the 30 days which follow the return of the material to the following address:

  by credit transfer or by crediting your credit card.
• Mofline does not grant interests.
• For reasons of hygiene, the their accessory and wind instruments (mouths, sheers...) as well as the headphones, in-ears,... do not have right to repossess.
• The costs of reforwarding are supported exclusively by the customer. Not to never send thus your parcel without carriage costs paid under penalty of refusal. The return is carried out with the risks of the customer. Mofline thus advises to possibly subscribe to an insurance near the conveyor of the commercial value of the material.
• The material must be in a perfect new and irreproachable state in its packing of origin. Any trace of irreversible use excludes a recovery.
• The material must be complete, including the possible instruction manual to be refunded.
• The material especially ordered for you or made overmeasure does not give right to the return.

Damage during shipment

• In spite of the care taken to the preparation of the parcels, Mofline advises you to examine your parcel in the presence of the deliveryman. Announce absolutely in writing any damage or suspect damage on the passenger waybill of the deliveryman as well as the number of invoice.
